Win a Treasured Piece of Donated Work
By Top Local and National Fiber Artists

Some of the biggest names in fiber art have joined forces with the BRFS committee to raise funds to support the exhibits' many awards. A raffle of exciting, beautiful work donated by Catharine Ellis, Suzanne Gernandt, Alice Schlein, Tommye McClure Scanlin, Daryl Lancaster, Tina Feir, Lisa Klakulak, and Liz Spear will be one highlight of the Opening Reception (October 5, 2010) festivities. Lancaster, Feir and Klakulak are judges for this year's show. Links to the names will give more information about each artist and a picture of the work being raffled if one is available. Or download Raffle Items.

Raffle tickets are $1 each, 6 for $5 or 15 for $10 and will be for sale at each meeting of the Western North Carolina Fibers/Handweavers Guild through September 2010. In addition, the prizes will be on exhibit and tickets for sale at a few local retail venues. The exhibit schedule so far includes:
